Fitting the Brown & Gammon Servo Bracket

The fitting and benefits of adding the B & G Servo Bracket have been well covered on several other websites, so I do not intend to repeat what has already been well covered. Several useful and informative links are listed below, so please have a look at these for more detail. However, I found, as several others have done, that there was a serious fouling condition with one of the brake lines across the top of the bracket.

Unclipping them, along with undoing the mounting of the brake pressure proportioning valve in the brake lines, gave me enough room to drill through the bulkhead, but you do need long reach drills, otherwise the drill chuck is liable to rub against the brake lines.

It must be kept clear at all costs.
